Frequently asked questions

What are check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Most cabins have self check-in, and we send directions and instructions before you arrive.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Every cabin is pet-friendly with prior approval and a pet fee. Please crate pets if they're left alone in the cabin.

Are the cabins good for kids?

Our Firefly Bungalows welcome families and sleep up to 6. Several of the forest cabins are designed for couples and aren't suitable for children, so check each cabin's house rules.

Do I need a 4WD vehicle?

Some forest cabins are reached by mountain roads with steep or gravel sections. In winter weather, 4WD or snow chains may be needed. The Parkway bungalows are on regular town streets.

What is your cancellation policy?

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
